I Wonder...February 20th

I Wonder February 20, 2022
Watch the Children's Sermon here

Luke 6:35-36
35 But love your enemies, do good to them, and lend to them without expecting to get anything back. Then your reward will be great, and you will be children of the Most High, because he is kind to the ungrateful and wicked. 36 Be merciful, just as your Father is merciful.

I Wonder. . . .

  • if you are more like Lucy or Charlie Brown

  • if you feel loved

  • if you have a hard time loving others

  • if you have ever been forgiven for something

  • if you can pray for someone who has not been nice to you

Prayer
Dear God, thank you for the love you show us and the love Jesus taught us. Help us to do our job of loving others the way you love us. In Jesus name we pray. Amen

Extensions

  • Watch the video below about loving your enemies.

  • Make a list of the people you know who are loving.

  • Thank God for people on your list.

  • Think of one person that is hard to love and say a prayer for them.
