And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation. 20 We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us. We implore you on Christ’s behalf: Be reconciled to God. I Wonder . . . . . how you feel when you hear people arguing if you’ve ever been caught between two friends who are arguing with each other how you would handle it if you’ve ever had an argument, but later couldn’t remember what it was about if you know how much God loves you Prayer God, we are grateful that you make up with us even when we do things that we shouldn’t.   I Wonder for March 20, 2022 Watch the Children's Sermon Here Scripture Luke 13:6-9 6 Then Jesus told this parable: “A man had a fig tree growing in his vineyard, and he went to look for fruit on it but did not find any. 7 So he said to the man who took care of the vineyard, ‘For three years now I’ve been coming to look for fruit on this fig tree and haven’t found any. Cut it down! Why should it use up the soil?’ 8 “‘Sir,’ the man replied, ‘leave it alone for one more year, and I’ll dig around it and fertilize it. 9 If it bears fruit next year, fine! And we eagerly await a Savior from there, the Lord Jesus Christ, 21 who, by the power that enables him to bring everything under his control, will transform our lowly bodies so that they will be like his glorious body. How you feel when you hear news reports If you understand what is happening on the other side of the world If you have someone you can talk to about your feelings If you know how powerful God is What is the brightest light you have seen What things or people make you feel brighter when you are scared  Prayer Thank you, God, that even when we are scared or worried, your light shines brighter than anything in this world. We pray that we might help people see your light in dark times. Amen Extensions Make a list of bright things. Ask a friend or family member when they have seen God’s power at work.
